I am using them for dedicated servers, but they were talking about off location back-ups, snapshots, and some pretty neat features I have yet to see rackspacecloud and amazon provide. They have a page up now: http://www.800hosting.com/cloud-hosting-grid-hosting.aspx but I don't think it's their actual cloud product. I like the idea of a company that can provide "hybrid" services.
